@captain_naps Hi, Ceri. I'm not exactly sure what was advised, but we don't send out an email with confirmation of this, this should be explained when she contacted. Id advise asking her to get back in touch, so we can explain everything for her. Rob

@tescomobile hello 😊 I sent a complaint totmhelp@tescomobile.com but they wont help me and said I need to write a letter instead. Is there anyone else that can help? Seems a waste of my time to have to write out my complaint when I've already emailed it in 🫠
