Nur weil es viele schon vergessen haben. Krah sprach 2023 in seinem Buch "Politik von Rechts" noch von "über 25 Millionen Menschen, davon deutlich über 15 Millionen deutsche Staatsangehörige", für die "Remigration der nicht Integrationswilligen und fähigen" gilt, die er durch "Durchsetzung der deutschen Kultur und der Verhinderung von Parallelwelten" und Druck die dem "dem Integrationsunwilligen den weiteren Aufenthalt vergällen" erreichen wollte. Eine scharfe Politik gegen den Islam "bewegt, sich entweder zu assimilieren oder aber zu remigrieren". "Akzeptieren sie diese Ordnung und assimilieren sich in sie, was ein Prozeß von zwei, drei Generation ist, oder verlassen sie das Land wieder und suchen sich eine Heimat, die ihren Vorstellungen von öffentlichem Zusammenleben entspricht." Ich erinnere nur immer wieder daran, weil ich es bei jedem seiner Tweets nicht fassen kann wie man seine Meinung binnen weniger Jahr um 180° drehen kann. Von 25 Millionen Remigrationspotential inklusive deutscher, nichtintegrierter Staatsbürger auf kaum 3.000... Ich kenne viele Leute, die Remigration immer schon kritisch sahen und kann mit denen gut diskutieren. Aber wer im Zeitraum von nur 3 Jahren erst das und dan sowas schreibt...

Ich habe mehr Respekt vor dem ehrlichen linken politischen Gegner als vor dem rechten Verräter. Ich kann mit einem authentischen Linken besser umgehen als mit Opportunisten, die unvorhersehbar ihre Meinung und Ausrichtung wechseln. Vielleicht können andere das, aber ich habe hier eine gewisse Hemmung.

To the U.S. Department of State @StateDept @SecRubio Urgent Notice of Democratic Erosion in Germany We urge the U.S. Department of State to take immediate notice of a deeply troubling development in the Federal Republic of Germany that threatens basic democratic principles and the rule of law. According to current reports, German Justice Minister Stefanie Hubig is advancing a new draft law that would allow courts to strip individuals convicted under the political crime of Volksverhetzung (incitement of the people) of their passive voting rights — that is, the right to stand for election and to hold public office. Under the proposal, a sentence of six months or more for Volksverhetzung could trigger a loss of eligibility to serve in democratic roles for up to five years. The maximum prison term for this offense is also being increased. This legislative change must be seen in stark context: This political offense is not in the same category as violent crime. Murderers, child molesters, rapists and other violent criminals would remain untouched by this new statute — no comparable new restrictions on their eligibility to run for office have been proposed. Only those convicted of a politically defined offense rooted in speech or expression would face exclusion from public political life. There is no suggestion that violent offenders are similarly targeted by this bill. What makes this even more alarming is that the Volksverhetzung statute is notoriously broad and has been used selectively in German political history to target critics of the established order. The same statutory framework has been applied in high-profile cases against opposition politicians, particularly from parties critical of the government. Because prosecutors and courts in Germany are, in practice, bound by governmental instructions, this opens the door to weaponizing the justice system against political opposition. Under this draft, an abstract political speech offense could become a new tool of political exclusion. This means that if prosecutors and their political superiors decide, they could pursue Volksverhetzung charges against any opposition figure they dislike, secure convictions and then exclude them from running in elections, effectively eliminating political competitors without resort to democratic choice. This is not an exaggeration but the logical consequence of giving prosecutors and judges the authority to impose political penalties for speech-based offenses. We call on the U.S. Department of State to monitor this dangerous trend. Stripping the passive voting rights of citizens on the basis of a vaguely defined political offense undermines the fundamental democratic right to political participation. It sets a precedent that authoritarian regimes would admire, not democratic ones. We respectfully request the Department to publicly acknowledge this threat to democratic norms and to engage with German counterparts on defending political freedoms, free expression, and the integrity of electoral competition.
