The S&P 500 has dropped 10% in 2 days, one of the most rapid descents. What happened in previous sharp declines? (Parabolic drops). These were the last 4 parabolic declines

3) The search for certainty creates anxiety “The desire for security and the feeling of insecurity are the same thing.” Anxiety is caused by trying to "figure everything out." Peace = accepting life’s uncertainties Joy = focusing on experiencing life

Chapter 4: Setting a Professional Expectation If we roll with the expectation that we are in wave 2 of an 5 wave cycle, then 60-70% retracement can be the benchmark. I have calculated this amount from the high of the $613 rejection to the low of today. Around 60-70% of that move is around $11.50. The orange ranges represent the possible moves higher we can expect. These numbers are conservative and it is still possible to see an even greater move from $592 to even $608-$609. As wave 1 grows so would the expected retracement number as we expect a % retracement. Timing this move is everything and is what most traders get wrong. I believe the best path moving forward is that we see a climb into Friday with a follow through next week completing wave 2. The reality of it is that the wall that was placed might be TOO big and may not give market makers enough time to unwind ahead of the expiration given that they only have 5 days. My best assessment is we see a rally later in the week with continued volatility into Thursday in and around $595.

$HIMS about to go green, after being -10% at the opening. Honestly, people forget that they have their earnings today And earnings always reigns supreme. But market makers were able to make +10% today tho due to stop losses getting raided and weak hands. Inaction creates wealth.

Human health is falling off a precipice right now, and it isn’t due to one single thing: - We no longer value meat from ruminants - We now actively seek lean meat and meals without any animal derived foods in them - We avoid saturated fats - We cook in highly processed, toxic seed oils - We buy processed foods that are packed with these seed oils - We snack throughout the day - We strive to eat for 5 fruit and veg a day and believe that they're superfoods - We claim breakfast is the most important meal of the day despite many of it just being sugar - We claim carbohydrates are necessary for life - We avoid sunlight - We are addicted to sugar and processed foods - We are addicted to technology - We obsess over perfection and money - We no longer value nature and all it's beauty - We seek everyone’s approval rather than focusing on our own wellbeing - We stress over the 99% of life that’s completely out of our control What else do you think has made us sick?

I spend $9K per month on a full-time personal driver + car (mercedes S class), fuel included. I don’t have to worry about: - Parking - Speeding Tickets & Fines - Car Maintenance - Navigation - Insurance - License - Cleaning - Fuel - Registrations - Tolls - Taxes - Paying attention to road I can just be on my phone or relax or think deeply. I gain DAYS of my time BACK every month. Think about how much the average middle upper class person spends on a nice car, at least $180K on the mercedes S class 2024 (with few specs), all the recurring costs and the HOURS you lose managing it & driving it. The stress from driving. It’s not worth it. Don’t get me wrong: Driving on a race track is fun. Being stuck in traffic following government rules is for cucks. Most men in relationships are just glorified taxi drivers. Driving their wife around. Driving their kids around. I never wanted to be that man. In big cities with taxis everywhere this service can be attained for less than $2K per month, making it more affordable for most. In Dubai you can have a Rolls Royce with full time Private Driver for $5K a month (I’m currently in Italy which unfortunately has no taxis, especially not in rural areas.) Many men dream about having a $500K rolls royce, $400K lambo, I did too, but then I realized how quickly it becomes boring & annoying to deal with. TIME is what truly matters. Since the dawn of human time, kings have been CARRIED. Whether in chairs, in beds, in horses or in cars. This luxury will one day be available to everyone, thanks to technology. (Self Driving Cars)

PROBIOTICS MASTER CLASS : You can take probiotics all day long but it won't heal your gut unless you fix this... To heal your gut requires a top-down approach. You have to focus on digestion first or you'll continue the cycle of inflammation. If don't properly break down your food, the undigested food particles can actually cause gut inflammation and dysbiosis. Here's how... Poor digestion actually creates an environment where harmful microbes can thrive. These food particles can become a fuel source for bad bacteria, yeast, and parasites. This imbalance between good bacteria and pathogens is like weeds in a garden. The resulting symptoms can be gas, bloating, food sensitivity, and even systemic inflammation. So, even if you take a probiotic, it might help but it won't solve the issues if you don't optimize digestion. Undigested food particles can also kickstart an imm*ne response and damage your gut lining. If your gut lining is inflamed and becomes permeable, then these food particles, t*xins, and pathogens can enter your blood stream. This perpetuates food sensitivity, inflammation, and is a catalyst for autoimmunity because these things don't belong floating around your body. Signs of poor digestion: Bloating Constipation Diarrhea Heartburn Anxiety Brittle nails & hair Vertical ridges on your nails White spots on fingernails Cracks in the corner of your mouth Poor night vision Dandruff / dry scalp Hair loss Red or white bumps on your arms
(Keratosis Pilaris) Early gray hair Dry skin. Of course, the first step is making sure you're eating nutrient-dense foods, but you also need to make sure you're absorbing the nutrients. This requires adequate stomach acid and enzymes. Unfortunately, modern food processing & agriculture depletes food of naturally-occurring enzymes, and most of us don't produce enough on our own. Stress and eating on-the-go also "turn off" digestive enzyme production. So, you can supplement with probiotics, but if you're not digesting your food well, it may not provide lasting results - not to mention you become less sensitive to supplemental probiotics long-term. If you experience any of these symptoms, it may be more worth taking digestive enzymes.

@GuyDealership $ 268 in a 52week range = 34% $268 to $177 Since Hindenburg report $212 to $177 = minus 16.5% Main even will be on monday january 06th 2025. Below $150 would mean #CVNA is destroyed till E&R on february 20th 2025. My prediction= $55-60 at april/may 2025. After long buy puts now

Never have I received some many DMs about a post. Here's a summary of the Carvana ($CVNA) allegations by Hindenburg Research: 1) Hindenburg is alleging that Carvana is engaging in financial misconduct, including $800 million in loan sales to a suspected undisclosed related party. 2) Despite these allegations, Carvana's stock rose by 284% in 2024, indicating that investors are expressing confidence in the company's recovery. 3) Carvana is being accused of using accounting manipulation and lax underwriting to inflate income, while insiders are reportedly cashing out billions. 4) Carvana’s business model involves selling auto loans, with a significant portion being subprime, which is leading to high delinquency rates. 5) The company is being valued at an 845% higher sales multiple compared to peers, suggesting overvaluation despite the allegations. 6) Carvana is reporting positive net income for three consecutive quarters, showing some financial stability. 7) Claims are surfacing that Carvana’s related-party transactions might be artificially inflating its profitability (wholesale vehicle sales to DriveTime) 8) Carvana’s CEO’s father, Ernest Garcia II, is selling substantial amounts of stock, potentially signaling concerns about the company’s future. 9) The stock experienced volatile trading following Hindenburg's report, initially dropping but later recovering. 10) Questions are remaining about the sustainability of Carvana’s business model given the economic headwinds and the reliance on subprime loans. Right now, what surprises me most is that the stock price is staying relatively unfazed. Tough to tell if this is a big "nothingburger" or real cause for concern... What do you think?

The older you get the more exercise you need to maintain the same level of physical function When you're young you can get away with less because the body is able to maintain it more easily But when you're old, the moment you stop using it you start losing it extremely fast. This rule is also applied in the case of females. So, Old ladies should the most common humans inside gyms. But this world is upside down.
