@libbyvjones @ScotRail It's a 45 min journey. Do you not charge phone etc the 15 odd hours in house overnight . Do you not have data ? I don't know anyone with a phone and zero data and I wouldn't use an open public network out of choice and my employer wouldn't approve. It's a train , get on and sit

@ScotRail I never thought to note the carriage numbers for previous journeys, but I'll check on my return trip tonight and report if an issue on that train too. Seems to be a fairly widespread problem.

@ScotRail I renewed my club50 today (£15) to take advantage of £19 return offer but wouldn't turn then accept offer code ( not valid) on my ScotRail so had to pay £34.90 for single ! And prob same return tomorrow. Not happy plus £15 wasted
