Management generally makes more at every company in existence....... they take on more responsibility, have more experience and have usually earned their position. The offer sounds pretty damn good, I have no respect for them turning this offer down. And if they had such a problem with the contract as it was, why did they vote on it to begin with? Why would someone even accept a job that you felt was so unfair?? When I'm looking for a job I tend to pick the one that I'm happy with. Not one I think is ripping me off lol
