@ChrisBrownSport I'm sure the rules used to prioritise higher failures. So in this instance Kerr would have been leading as cleared 3.34 1st time.

Apropos of nothing: what astonishing event did you only recently discover? Me: Mount Erebus disaster of 1979 (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_Ere…). Never heard of it until a few months ago. There's even footage of passengers aboard that plane, drinking champagne minutes before the crash.
