@jfudge I noticed this too and didn’t want to make any immediate judgement on what it meant, but definitely eye opening and a cause for concern if that is indeed what is being implied

So i've had the Scump/H3CZ v. Activision Blizzard lawsuit since last night. Read through it and the thing that stands out the most is this line: "On a conference call, one Activision executive explicitly told Rodriguez that he was not the 'type of owner' Activision wanted for the league. Activision made clear to Rodriguez that he would be required to 'partner' with billionaire investors who 'looked' like Activision’s ideal or leave the professional Call of Duty market altogether." The implication (and maybe i'm reading between the lines too much) being that race or ethnicity was the reason they declined to give him a CDL franchise on his own.
