Currently helping to build sales funnels with people doing anywhere from $10k/month to $400k/month. Here’s the biggest positioning mistake I see: Trying to solve too many problems in one offer. You think covering 3-4 different business pain points makes you look more valuable. It doesn’t. It confuses people. When prospects can’t tell what you actually fix, they tune out before they understand why they need you. The fix -> Boil it down to one clear pain and one clear path to solve it. If they pay you... they get [this clear outcome]. If your offer can’t be explained in 30 seconds, it’s not selling as well as it could.

Our team delivered 80,516 designs in 10 years. That's ~29 designs every single workday. I've never shared Koncepted's numbers before, but this milestone made me reflect on what we learned about creativity at scale 🧵

@JoseC44968 Personalmente te recomiendo que elijas solamente 3 servicios Pueden ser los que nombraste: -Miniaturas -Redes Sociales -Identidad visual Mejora al máximo en ellos y optimiza tu flujo de trabajo para dar el mejor servicio :) (no existe el perfecto, haz lo que más disfrutes)
