Airline tells a pregnant woman that they overbooked but she has to catch a later flight. They claim it’s because she’s 37 weeks pregnant and shouldn’t be flying anyway. But they still offer her a later flight. So if that’s their excuse what’s the difference if she flies now or on the later flight? Is she being discriminated against?

@Sadmethod What state is this? When I got my license it was illegal to serve people you knew were too intoxicated. There were several bars that got closed down and sued into oblivion. The bartender can be sued, the bar can be held liable.
