If you're seeing the hashtag #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, and thinking "Nah, I'm fine me", please remember you might be the person a friend, colleague or family member turns to to tell you they're struggling. We all need a mental health plan. You might be part of someone else's



This week @BTP released this shocking #CCTV footage of someone taking a chance at a #railway #levelcrossing in #Enfield. We have several such crossings in the #SouthWestBCU. Please don't risk your or other's lives to save a few seconds, either on foot, cycle or in motor vehicles.


The isolation felt follow a bereavement can be so desolate. But this gave me hope, that maybe post #Covid_19 and the experience of quarantine, even a handful of people will come out of the other side, a little kinder, a little more understanding to those of us grieving 💜 #grief
