@Vitality_UK I was not offered a large or small bottle and think that is openly upselling as it cost me £5 for this,in what was meant to be "free" as I was using a vitality voucher. I wonder if I had not I would have been given a choice?

@Vitality_UK Are you guys for real? Carluccio reward ending and being replaced by a watered down and much less rewarding pizza express offering? I don't want lighter options and now I only get a free meal if purchasing another main? That's not the same as the carluccio offer!!

@Vitality_UK @CollardDarryl I went in for lunch today as a solo diner. I asked for a sparkling water and a large bottle was brought already opened. I would have assumed seeing as I was solo that a small bottle would have been presented and if unopened I would have sent the large bottle back.

Why are there so many traffic lights in Regemt Street, London @TfL . With the endless road works and road closures, it's crazy. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to travel down the road!!

@lb_southwark Can I flag the bikes using the Surrey canal walk path in SE15 as a speed track. I almost got taken out by 1 bike overtaking another tonight. I was also on the other side of the path so I can see what's coming and not whizzing up behind me. It's so dangerous!
