stop trying to get your blue-collar clients to update and maintain a CMS. most local businesses finish 5-10 jobs per week. then publish zero content about it. this is actively leaving tons of reach and traffic on the table. here's the system that turns every completed job into a ranking page automatically: technician texts photos + notes about a completed job to a phone number. AI writes an SEO case study. page publishes instantly. google indexes it. behind the scenes: you buy a phone number from Twilio, it receives the text, LLM gets triggered, content gets stored, and Next.js publishes it live. this is one reason why I am beginning to build client sites with Next.js over Webflow/WordPress/Framer. you get unlimited programmatic pages with zero platform constraints. No CMS login. No content calendar. No begging the team to write. Just work → content → traffic. this is programmatic local SEO that blue-collar workers will actually use.

Google just made it official. They added llms.txt as a Lighthouse audit. That means Google is now checking whether your website has a file that helps AI agents understand what your business does. Think of it like robots.txt was for search crawlers. llms.txt is the same thing for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and every AI tool scraping the web for answers. Here's what it is: → A plain text file at yoursite.com/llms.txt → It summarizes your business, products, and key pages in a format AI can read → It helps LLMs cite you accurately instead of guessing I just created one for @HireAutoM8. Here's what it looks like so you can model yours from it: autom8.net/llms.txt If your business isn't showing up in AI answers, this is step one. Founders: go create yours today. This is the new robots.txt.

@pkyanam @IbuyTheDip @mntruell Certainly not a huge deal. My question was trying to understand why you would choose to use inferior models, as a deliberate choice, when you had access to better ones for free. Not a criticism, just an unusual situation

got brainrot? pull up a 2-hour compilation of subway surfer in codex's in app browser and tell it to play the video when it begins the task and stop the video when it's finished. never get bored waiting for codex to finish again! @thsottiaux @OpenAIDevs

just used composer 2.5 for the first time and it’s ridiculously good. can only assume people are incentivized to hype other models because this is incredible.

@iruletheworldmo The only reason it doesn’t have more hype is because there’s no api. Insanely good model. So much fun to use

My app AbMaxx has been live for 28 days and already doing +5K months… Here’s what I learned: - Ship FAST and don’t obsess over the product at first. - You need a viral feature built in, for me it was users scanning their abs and getting there abs ratings. - Create a killer onboarding ( Copy exactly what successful apps in your space are doing, don’t try and recreate the wheel) - Run ads ASAP and try to find winning creatives as quick as you can. ( Double down on profitable creatives) - Never go over a 2$ CPM for influencers and make sure to cap each one of there videos at a certain amount. Underrated tip: if you’re doing UGC, invest in fake followers + verified badge for your socials. Apps with 20K+ legit-looking followers + clean branding convert way better than pages with 20 followers. Trust is everything.

@mrexits I have successfully vibe coded 5 solid projects but I cannot release it because no sponsors and I know the minutes it goes online, someone will replicate it and back it up with enough funds.

the uncomfortable truth few people mention about building companies right now: financially most people would be better off simply investing in the ai infrastructure buildout vs trying to build something on their own data centers, photonics, memory, foundries, semi supply chain is growing faster than some of the best private companies and are publicly traded with multi billion dollar market caps

@gsurfer_saas Webflow can’t do anything that a custom code site can’t. If a marketing team needs a cms, or they need to be able to edit content on the site, Sanity Studio can handle that no problem

@cartermitchell_ Depends what moves the business forward. Sometimes that's code. Sometimes it's Webflow.
