If you are an existing @CartrackZA client, make sure you record all calls you are making to them, don't fall for their trap of "all calls are recorded" right now they are refusing to make available call recordings I had with them.

Sadly @CartrackZA is the one of the worst service providers I’ve had to deal with.
Double debiting EVERY month, continual price increases, marking areas for disputed double debit orders. Very high cancellation fee.
