Wow @AirCanada is a major disappointment with customer service. By far the worst flight crew I have encountered and I fly a lot. Not one ounce of friendliness. Zero empathy for parents traveling with a 2 year old or someone who has lost 1/2 their seat to a morbidly obese passenger.

Hey @HorseshoeVegas - the dealer side bet shaming has GOT TO STOP. What do I mean? The dealer is admonishing another player for not playing the side bet, and missing out on $5K. That doesn’t help anyone, AND it just hurts feelings.
