4. Cloning a market. Taking a business model that works somewhere else and replicating it in another market while accounting for specific local needs.

There are 4 strategies startups can take that can affect their market size, positioning, sales, customer adoption and how long it might take to profitability. Different market types require different strategies.

We need to stop talking about product design in absolutes… there are no rules. Everything is made up. Do what makes sense and feels right.

In addition to checking every ATS for design jobs, we're now crawling the websites of every company we know. We'll start finding and posting 2x more jobs at jobs.lisboaux.com. And we might find them earlier than other platforms.
