@airindia Worst experience of my life time with flight AI 415 DEL to PAT on 27-04-2024. AC was not functioning for 1 hrs and started working only after flight take off. My baggage not arrived at Patna airport & now informed that it will be delivered after 2 days. PNR 6KXXJ2

Roadside assistance service of @ICICILombard motor insurance is very poor. Call centre executive took 1 hrs to responde against RSA request and they need another 1 hrs to reach at location. Who will wait for 2 hrs on road to get a tyre change. Useless service.

@goibibo You are cheating with customers. Hotel Prices shown at your app are 80% heigher than the price offered directly at hotel. Room which I booked directly at hotel cost Rs. 2800/- plus taxes inc. breakfast & dinner but d same room is of Rs. 4500/- with breakfast at your app.
