Prostate tumors are notoriously poorly immune infiltrated, so access to surgical tissue afforded the rare opportunity for orthogonal immune profiling by CyTOF, scRNAseq and spatial. As in our past work, @califano_lab’s PISCES pipeline brought the scRNAseq data to life. (6/17)
