For context and maybe expectations, Clarke and Fajardo are not this close to the same type of prospect, and it's a shame that some of the national places are presenting it as such. Fajardo is more along the lines of Lin or Crossland, Davis to a lesser degree. Clarke is a monster.

Maybe I’m wrong about that but from what I’ve seen in 30 yrs is that fans want star players and winning teams. Nobody in the seats is looking at the manager in the dugout.

@KevinWheeler94 @JohnMilner51 That isn’t a near term reality though (at least highly unlikely). Fans want an experience. Winning is best but give them their hero from memories of winning and hope for future; then you buy yourself some time to find pitching and some bats capable of hitting above AAA
