@DKThomp The language in the survey is sloppy. If options were reframed in similar terms “marriage your kids enjoy” vs “job your kids enjoy”everything would change. The survey shows only that parents care about *known* enjoyment. The job answer is the only one with the “enjoy” qualifier!

@Instacart 15% of my Instacart orders over the last eight months have had to be refunded b/c of fraud shoppers (3 of 18). It’s a huge hassle and disconcerting knowing my address is in the hands of fraudsters. What are you doing about this? Why should I give you another chance?

@Instacart I just dm’ed. But I would love to be contacted or see comments from someone other than a customer service rep. This isn’t a customer service problem (you all are great). This is something that management, engineers, etc should be addressing. I’ve seen 0 evidence of that.
