UGC hot take: Creating a tiktok account and saying “this is day 3 of being a UGC creator” isn’t helping you. It tells brands that you’re very inexperienced, don’t really know what you’re doing, and have no proof of anything actually converting yet. Js 🤷🏼‍♀️

Not gonna lie, I’ve had pretty good success in creating a fully-finished video BEFORE even talking with the brand. I pitch to them USING the video and offer it to them to purchase. It saves on so much time going back and forth. #ugc #ugccreator #ugccommunity

Honestly, I don’t even apply on UGC platforms anymore. I just use them to find which brands are currently seeking creators and then pitch to them directly through email 🤷‍♀️
