@grampico_ I love doing cheap and cheaty BBQ at home. Basically it's a big piece of meat with dry marinade in sous vide for like 18 hours, and then make a crisp crust in the oven or grill.
That's the closest "american style" BBQ I usually do, but it still tastes really good.
