The country's new hobby is to harass and kill community and street dogs. Rather than choosing what the law clearly states - vaccination, sterilization, feeding and adoption - people are choosing to exercise their evil by attacking community dogs.

The same developed countries have animal cruelty punishment which is more than what r@pist get in India!! Why arent you asking for that?? The parents whose children are bitten by stray dogs will be holding charges for leaving the children without supervision to stray dogs. But in india, we have you encouraging it! If we have those same animal cruelty laws in India, we would be needing new prison instead of shelters! You want to them to take responsibilities for dog bites, then make a full fledged investigation like how we have for humans. Thats more than enough for us to take them out and put u in! Coz u see.. when it comes to humans, i can just file a complaint on u for u to get punished. A full fledged investigation and evidence is needed. Do that for the claimed dog bite cases. You want to assume that human are innocent in all the dog bite cases as if you have never seen any criminal! In developed countries, thats not the case. Every dog bite cases are investigated. So ask for that too.. You think that countries like US,UK and canada doesn't have strays??

The dog, Scooby, was beaten unconscious but is now recovering after treatment. People who attack pet dogs in disputes between neighbors are purely jealous of the good quality of life that the dog leads, which these DOG HATERS CAN NEVER PROVIDE FOR THEIR OWN KIDS!!
