@catherineannek I wish you well, but complaining to Thameslink/GTR about their own staff is futile; a bit like complaining to the BNP about racism! MPs or disability groups would probably be better, though others have tried. The only thing that ever changes at GTR is the date!

@catherineannek Thameslink won't "share the outcome" because there probably isn't one, which is why this kind of thing carries on ad infinitum.

@nationalrailenq just witnessed an elderly wheelchair bound man at London Bridge station miss his train to Cambridge on platform 5 as the platform attendant ignored his wife’s signals that a ramp was required. Is this really the contempt with which you treat disabled people?

@DillyHussain88 Social services don’t remove children for no reason

THIS IS WHAT SPARKED THE RIOTS IN LEEDS Police attended a house yesterday in the Harehills area of Leeds where they took five children away from a Roma gypsy family. Roma gypsies are from Romania and Bulgaria, most identify as Christian, and are here legally.
