@cathickland @priceline I had a bad experience with Expedia also. They didn’t refund me for a tour operator that didn’t show up. I made a bunch of phone calls and they eventually caved. I had receipts. The original tour operator had sold her business and they kept selling it. I spoke to her.

@cathickland Ya. I found out recently as I book with IHG international. They actually have a department that checks competition websites and that’s all they do. So you might save a few bucks. But the hotel always offers cancellation 24 hrs prior to arrival no charge

@cathickland @priceline Absolutely you should be REFUNDED, not even a credit voucher. That sucks. Think of the money they are making out of cancellations. Snow, fire, terrible conditions out of anyone travelling, control.
