@charcoal150 @AW_Glace Layoffs are related to Marathon though no? You don't just layoff lots of your good talent if you plan in the future on making new good Destiny content. The decision to pivot their resources towards Marathon was made at that time.

@AW_Glace This had more to do with the TFS layoffs than it had to do with Marathon. I actually respect that they tried to do something different after several years of the same expansion format going into a new saga, but it is very clear that they just didn't have the resources for it.

Marathon wont be what saves destiny and destiny players have every right to be upset of marathon being what survives. There isnt enough people playing marathon for it to save d2. This is the reality of the situation. Putting a titan of a games life line on a marathon wont cut it.
