Let’s talk about all these right-wing stunts for a second. This week alone we’ve had:   🚛 Kemi Badenoch posing with a fuel truck   ⛽ Robert Jenrick at a petrol station in Dover   ⚽ Nigel Farage at a football ground   Look, every party does the odd stunt. There can even be a time and place for them, unless you’re Ed Davey, treating them like an Olympic sport…   But anyway THIS feels different.   So ask the obvious question: why are right-wing parties rolling out all these stunts all of a sudden?   Clickbait?   Headlines?   Another photo op?   No.   It’s all a DISTRACTION.   A distraction from the fact that both Reform and the Tories backed escalating conflict with Iran. A move that would send fuel prices soaring far higher than they are now.   A distraction from the reality that the moment you scratch beneath the surface of their energy policies… it all begins to fall apart.   ❌ More drilling in the North Sea wouldn’t bring bills down this year ❌ Attacking renewables is a recipe for energy insecurity   So instead of credible policy, what do we get?   🚛 Branded trucks   ⛽ Petrol station gimmicks   ⚽ Holding shirts up in stadiums   It’s all performance. Not politics.   Strip it back and it’s simple:   The Tories and Reform have NO plan, NO detail, NO substance.   Just more props to distract from their total lack of answers. And total failure on Iran. NO THANKS 👎🏼
