Early days of grief: yesterday I spent all day cleaning the house and rearranging the furniture. Didn't eat. Spoke to my family down south and found we had all independently done the same thing. Today I don't want to leave the house. Usually I go out every day. I hate sitting at home for long periods of time. But not now. Having to force myself to take the bins out. Also can't make decisions. A friend has invited me for tea and I can't think of a time to go.

@saimaafzalmbe @KensingtonRoyal Chemotherapy is rough on your body and your mind even if it’s a belt and braces preventative measure. I hope everyone leaves the family alone - it’s hard enough to deal with it privately. Sending love to anyone dealing with cancer at any stage, family and friends included.

I am so sorry to here this news. The announcement made me cry. 🥰 I know how hard cancer is for anyone. Stay strong. 💪 I am still dealing with the ongoing effects of my cancer treatment. Being in the public eye and maintaining a high profile role isn’t easy, hopefully Kate, you will be given the privacy you need to heal. Stay focused on your family 💟

I’m in! I need a challenge for the summer and this will require some dedication but will be good for health and well-being too and every step represents a child who needs a social worker every year. Very worthwhile. Bring it on 🏃‍♀️❤️
