@Discover We're doing an article on the difference between federal & private student loans & how those differences are magnified during COVID. From our understanding, unemployed graduates are sometimes being refused forbearances. Can you clarify your COVID policy if you have one?

We want to make sure we have up-to-date info because companies such as GSMR and @SallieMae are allowing forbearances but we're being told you don't have a specific COVID forbearance policy & are making it hard for some grads to get a forbearance during these unprecedented times.

@akilbello Because this vaccine has an EUA it can't be required. This is different from MMR and other vaccines that schools mandate.

@akilbello @MandoRivia You misread my comment. "Doesn't have the GPA to get into the schools they want" meaning if they have a 3.3 GPA but need a higher GPA to get in, a high SAT score could cause admissions counselors to give them a "second look."

For 2020, SAT testing volume is down approximately 64% from 2019.

@MandoRivia @akilbello Not necessarily. If you're a student who does well on standardized tests but doesn't have the GPA to get into the schools you want, a high SAT score could improve your chances.
