@EE can you tell me why my broadband with a guaranteed download speed of 30mps tested last night at 14!!!!?? Absolutely useless and having to constantly switch to data. Is it coincidence that there have been workers on the telegraph pole outside this week?

@EE absolutely regretting “upgrading” my broadband and tv from BT to EE. Phoned yesterday to change my tv from full works to big entertainment at the end of the 3 months offer and just checked my next bill to see I’m being charged an extra £6 for something

@EE can you tell me why I’ve upgraded my bt tv to EE and a lot of my tv channels are missing? Got no itv1, itv2, channel 5 to name a few! Keep retuning the channels and no joy. Not happy
