@VirginActiveUK me & my boyfriend keep scanning in at Moorgate & Chelmsford & then getting “sorry we missed you” emails even tho we were there. Gym staff wont help & we’ve emailed customer service - no reply in over a week! Surely you can see digitally when we’ve scanned in? Help

@Vitality_UK Used to get free coffee & @Rakuten movie a week & @ItsuOfficial meal, @vuecinemas ticket a month. Still get coffee but now have 2 play game to “maybe” get one of these? Yet youre trying to tell us rewards have improved? Lies! Shouldve left when you got rid of Amazon

@Vitality_UK Had to continue paying for a watch that broke & couldnt fix. £210 upfront to get a new one from £39? Rewards are now shocking, not down to fitness just game of chance. Could change to cheaper provider & be better off as rewards & hard to get. Bring back Amazon prime!

@NandosUK Ive always been able to edit, and you can edit on every other menu item & burger? It’s just the garlic churrassco burger u cant do it on now. Just realised that if u select “order on its own” u can edit burger ingredients, if I select sides u cant edit- looks technical glitch?

Purchased 2 counterfeit bags from the same seller hiding behind two different accounts. They wont answer me when questioned & now trying to both charge me to pay the postage return the bags! @vintedUK aren’t responding and telling me to sort with seller but they’re ignoring me!
