I am still convinced Struber is a man that can deliver us a promotion if he is backed properly in the transfer market But you have to go all in on a "system" and recruit around the system to do it - with plenty of depth in the right positions

Think he speaks very well here. Understands he still has responsibility for things despite circumstances that have been below par which he mentions. But I would not blame him in the slightest if he just outed people letting him down
