Who cares if mortgage rates are 6%+ if you only need to purchase a majority share of the home equity to establish full occupancy rights? You can get into a $1,000,000 home for $120,000 down and monthly PITI of $3,283 if you only buy 60% of the equity. So what if you don’t get to take on as much leverage and capital appreciation potential? At least you get to own a home lol. Nobody’s motive in purchasing a primary residence is to make money anyways.

That’s how you bring institutional capital into residential real estate without shrinking supply, and actually improve affordability. Tokenize the asset. This is already happening. And only one company can do it at scale.

@Jason Epic pass is still a great deal if you live in the right areas. “Destroyed skiing” is a bit of an exaggeration. Plenty of ski areas not on the Epic Pass that are also charging $250+ a day.
