G words they are in 5-2-2 with the olb attached. we can tag the dline techniques. So Tuff Wide would get us into 5-0-5. We can add new words to create new fronts. Tower wide= 505 stack.

@chooserich I am going into 3 years of remission this fall from HL. Last cancer scan next month if it’s clean. It sucks… and was awful…but there can be light on the otherside. This quote was plastered on my door so I saw it every morning. “A man may be destroyed but not defeated”.

Got my results: Classic Hodgkins Lymphoma Likely won't post much about this primarily because cancer posts are always a downer and I want to focus on the positive. Feels too significant for me not to share though. Kinda wild as you never expect it'll happen to you. 🤷‍♂️

Haven’t made videos since Friday… Spent time instead freaking out about a biopsy I’m getting tomorrow in my chest😭 I don’t talk about my health publicly but figured I’d do it because health issues are isolating and they shouldn’t be. Hopefully back to normal by Tuesday!

@The_Coach_A This has always been a day 1 install for us. Inverted half to 2x1,3x1 and then check quarters/palms if we get 2x2. Cool to see Pats doing some of it!

One schematic trend from the Patriots was a simple formation check throughout the year. 3x1 typically had the Weak Safety (opposite the Ni) drop down near the box. If there was motion to a 2x2 set, the defense checked to Quarters. This was a pressure check (Safety blitz). --

@425DC1 The front name tells them. So for us G words are 4 down and T words are 3 down. So when we go from T to G we call it TanGo and when we got from G to T we call it GaTe.

One coverage Saban used at Alabama was flex 1 invert sticky. Man to man on the outside WR with 4 over 2 with the RB & TE. Allowed 8 defenders to play run on the inside.
