@dcsheriff How about you all help us get rid of the diseased and sick ones when we report them? There have been more than 6 reports of sick raccoons in HR over the past 2 months. I put one down 2 months ago when various official organizations would do nothing!

We've had several reports this week of people trying to handle these animals—it's a serious risk to your health. If you were bitten or scratched by an animal that could carry rabies (even if you don’t know if it was sick), wash any wounds immediately with soap and water, and seek medical care.
