@KenyanSays Marriage happens only once. The vows may invoke either God's name and blessings or another. A wedding is a celebration of the marriage. A christian marriage can take place without a wedding ceremony, in the Pastor's chambers or in a home and with witnesses. My opinion.

A CITAM preacher cannot understand why someone would have two weddings, a traditional one and a white wedding, something that has become normalized in the recent past.

Guys, don't be casual with God. Stop praying while laying on your bed. If it's coffee, you sit. If it's prayers, you kneel. Posture is part of prayer. You kneel when proposing to a woman... but you lie on your back when speaking to God. Think about that quietly.

@stevemuema @NyakundiReport True, nobody wants to admit that Grogan is on the banks of a natural waterway whose flooding comes as a natural phenomenon.

Grogan is a classic example of urban disorder, disorganized, filthy, and with most of its drainage systems clogged. Mechanics and traders have normalized living and working in such conditions. The Governor seems to have no clear strategy to restore order. The irony is that the Nairobi River runs right next to it, yet I suspect its natural flow has been interfered with, contributing to the flooding. Sadly, we never seem to learn from these mistakes.

@NyakundiReport I sympathise with everyone that was affected at Grogan. But if I may ask, should Grogan exist? Should any informal business yard along roads, walkways and river banks exist? And yes, the City Planning Department is inept.

Very disturbing to see that this very serene beautiful view along Nairobi/Nakuru highway at kimende near soko mjinga may soon be no more. The site that has been soothing our eyes for decades. Kenyans we need to wake up, otherwise we are loosing it as a country. Wamemaliza Yote!!
