-And the gov't attorney was legally required to submit Y.

I can finally tell you the full truth about how DISHONORABLE the Biden administration’s Afghanistan withdrawal was. EVERY private plane on those tarmacs evacuating our soldiers, citizens, and allies was contracted by my charity, @Mercury1Charity. At first, the State Department wouldn’t let us evacuate anyone. Instead, they took evacuees OFF the planes and forced us to fill the FIRST plane of evacuees with THEIR people – men and women in OUR uniform and our allies’ uniforms that they had left behind. After the government abandoned us, it was one of Mercury One’s men who ran the Kabul airport. We had arranged to take refugees to different countries. But the US government would call and turn those planes around MID AIR, saying they couldn’t vouch for anyone on the planes – once again, people who THEY left behind. By the grace of God, the UAE agreed to take everyone, and we gave them our word we wouldn’t just leave them there. We worked many years to keep that promise and find these refugees new homes in other countries. But just this year, the Taliban came to the UAE and demanded it return 28 refugees to Afghanistan. The UAE initially agreed. But then, I saw one of the biggest miracles I’ve ever seen. I don’t know how, but this news made it all the way to President Trump. Just a few minutes later, the UAE did something it had NEVER done: it returned the passports to Mercury One and allowed us to take those refugees to safety.

THANK YOU to Representatives @HicklandHillary and @BradBuckleyDVM for their quick action upon learning a Killeen ISD teacher verbally assaulted a Club America/@TPUSA chapter leader (called him racist) in the cafeteria and ripped down the club’s sign!
The signs are back up and the issue is being addressed at the campus.
IMHO This teacher should be fired and should seek therapy.

We must ensure that not only the perpetrator is held accountable - but also any administrators, officials or others in positions of public trust who were required to act or to report what they knew and failed or refused to do so. #txlege

This council supports the 55 local 𝗣𝗧𝗔𝘀 in the district. Parents should be aware of the leadership and values associated with the organization when supporting their local 𝗣𝗧𝗔.

@leachfortexas this is my ISD, we have teaching staff telling kids they can’t see the nurse bc of the new law. Administrations are driving the false narrative provided by TASB & their law firms. RNs & licensed medical already are required to ask for consent which my campus RN has for first aide.

As promised, here's Part Two. Incredible Testimony. Make the time to hear this - and please SHARE. The solutions he proposes from the examples he gives are highly informed and solid. We agree on all counts.
Only when you have to go up against the system do you find out where it is flawed, broken, or outright dangerous. It's the only approach that has a chance of solving the problems (versus complicating and obfuscating them).
What this expert expresses exemplifies is what parents experience, all over the state, no matter the crime or ethical breach. His example is not a one-off situation, but an exposure of the systemic disease, and we are hopeful that is understood. We have receipts of egregious problems that have harmed parents, kids, and whistleblower teachers.
As a "think tank" that accompanies parents, we bring forward victim-informed solutions. We can't have less transparency and the centerfuge of power tightening in on itself. We must have sunshine, deterrence, penalties, enforcement, due process, INDEPENDENT oversight above all, and external investigations.
