@East_Riding is there any reason that Guildford Crescent Bridlington didn’t have the green bins emptied yesterday even though the lorry was on the corner to turn in? Pushed back for Christmas and now this… it’s a struggle over the Christmas period as it is

Bags left next to bins will not be taken.
It is preferable that any extra is held on to until there is space in the bin so that it can be taken on the next collection date.
Any loose cardboard can be left at the side of your bin.

@g__j@OctopusEnergy 2/2 they’ve had at least 3 engineer visits all saying that if this doesn’t work then it needs a fix, since the complaint is closed it’s unfairly stops them getting in contact with OFGEM. Can this be reviewed and reach out to my parents as a priority
