Ro pretends he is a modest and humble guy. Over the course of the next few months, I will reveal much more about Ro Khanna. He's just a rich guy lying to everyone about virtually everything. At the end of this, I predict his wife will file for divorce.

Ro Khanna @RoKhanna and his family just purchased one of the most expensive houses in Virginia history. At $10 million, this McLean 7 bedroom mansion ranks in the top 10 of the 4 million homes in the state. The prior, small home was demolished to make room for this McMansion.

Capitalism has proved so successful at reducing poverty that socialists had to create the concept of “relative poverty” to keep themselves in business.

Metal roofs are TOO good at their job. After 10 years in roofing, not a single call to repair one. They don't leak, don't fail, don't blow off, even in the nastiest storms. Great for homeowners. Terrible for business. What happens when every house has a forever roof? Would you invest in a business that puts itself out of business? Let me know your thoughts.

My guest today is Paul Tudor Jones (@ptj_official), one of the greatest macro traders of all time. He correctly predicted the 1987 stock market crash and shorted the Japanese bubble in 1990. For over 40 years, his flagship fund has had a negative correlation to the S&P 500. 100% of his returns are alpha. He says today's market has so many similarities to 2000, "the easiest bear market I've ever seen in my whole life." He makes the case for going long dollar-yen, why Bitcoin beats gold as an inflation hedge, and why he was wrong about Warren Buffett. But what I'll remember most from this conversation is Paul's zest for life. He's 71 and still wakes at 2:30 every morning to trade the London open. He works out for two hours a day. He walks with his wife every evening. He travels the country chasing peak spring and peak fall. He's so excited about the songs picked for his funeral that he wishes he could be there to hear them. Paul has lived five lifetimes in one. He's one of the most entertaining and interesting people I've met, and the conversation will leave you searching to be as passionate about what you do as he is about what he does. Enjoy! Acquired MobileVets․com using the funds from my recent sale of SoloFemaleTravel․com. Over the past few years, I’ve been following a simple strategy. Sell a domain, then quickly reinvest into something better and go all in again. Each cycle feels like leveling up, and this time I’m especially excited. MobileVets․com is not just for resale. I actually want to build it. I’ve long been inspired by Peter Askew (@searchbound) and what he did with DudeRanch․com. If you haven’t read it, this story is worth your time deepsouthventures.com/dude-that-buil… I’ve always wanted to build a directory-style business like that, and this domain finally feels like the right fit. The pet industry is massive and still growing fast. Mobile vets are becoming more common, especially for older pets, sick animals, or those that get stressed during travel. One of the most meaningful services is at-home end-of-life care, where families can say goodbye in a familiar and peaceful place. This feels like an emerging market. There are around 10,000 vets or clinics in the U.S. offering mobile services. If I can get just 1% of them, about 100 listings, paying $30 per month, that’s a $36K ARR business. At 10%, it becomes $360K. Not easy, but not impossible. I’m planning to start with a directory model and see where it goes. Have you ever used a mobile vet, or are you in the veterinary space? Would love to hear your thoughts! #DomainDrivenDevelopment
