@ccrayfish This may be down to the knock on effect of a 4G fault on a mast not too far away from that postcode. Is there any improvement if you set your phone to connect to 3G instead of 4G? -Jonathan

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been going on for quite a while, having full bars of 4G but not able to get any data. It’s particularly bad in BT7 1AZ

We had booked to rent a house in Fermanagh for my fathers birthday and thought with current COVID regulations we should cancel the booking. We’ve been told that we’re not entitled to a refund as the regulations do not apply to a house used as a business.
