The OIG attributes this to “avoidable” IT errors… the SEC IT implemented an automated “enterprise wipe” on Gensler’s government phone, then did a factory reset, which “deleted” all stored text messages and operating system logs. OIG’s Report 587 (published September 2025) explicitly notes that many of the missing texts qualified as FEDERAL RECORDS and that their loss could affect responses to FOIA requests and other record‑keeping obligations… Media and policy coverage confirms that the wiped period OVERLAPS with the time of several major market controversies (including crypto enforcement and MMTLP‑era activity generally), which is why the incident is drawing attention from litigants, and FOIA requesters, and has raised serious questions about SEC record‑keeping during the MMTLP period… REMINDER: In FOIA 24‑03532 (big thanks to requester @NicholasRaia26 the SEC produced at least 65 pages of Gary Gensler text messages responsive to an MMTLP‑keyword request, including a January 27, 2023 text referencing @FINRA’s Stephanie Dumont, even though the SEC’s Inspector General later reported that nearly a year of Gensler’s texts from this same period were permanently lost due to ‘‘avoidable errors’ in the handling of Gensler’s device… so which is it? Humble suggestion: instead of the SEC shamelessly “investigating” only the MMTLP COMMUNITY members, perhaps Congress, and the White House should start looking within the hen house for potential wolves, that may have been operating amongst you. All they need to ask is these 3 simple questions: 1. HOW (the f@<%) did these messages survive under FOIA? 2. WHERE were they stored/is there another copy?? and 3. Like my healthy 34 year old son that died 16 days after his first Pfizer vaccine. Autopsy showed aortic dissection but histology was not done at time and I had to send his tissues to Germany for histological analysis. Analysis showed myocarditis, pericarditis and spike protein in aorta which decimated endothelium in aorta. Without autopsy and histology the lie of RARE is easily perpetuated. Vaccine injuries and deaths are Real, Not Rare!

A young healthy man encountered a swift death after one single dose of the Covid vaccine. He was struck with myocarditis, embolic stroke, coma and death. 32-year-old healthy man took the 1st dose of an mRNA Covid vaccine. He felt profound fatigue after vaccination. 2 days post vaccination he suffered a cardiac arrest at home. He was resuscitated and brought to the hospital in a state of coma. His EKG showed atrial fibrillation [ a condition in which the atria quiver and do not contract properly and this can cause blood stagnation and this predisposes to an embolic stroke]. Blood tests showed elevated Troponin level [ this can happen in myocarditis or heart attack]. Ultrasound of the heart showed severe weakness of the left ventricle and a clot formation in the apex of the heart. CT scan of the head with angiography showed complete occlusion of the basilar artery [ which supplies the brain stem] and a partial occlusion of the left vertebral artery[ which supplies the posterior part of the brain] with areas of stroke in the postetior part of the brain. Administration of clot busters [ fibrinolytics] did not help. He tested negative for a Covid infection. Extensive work up led to the conclusion that he had embolic strokes secondary to myocarditis that was precipitated by the Covid vaccine. A repeat CT scan the next day showed fresh strokes. Patient remained in coma and died 3 days after hospital admission. A healthy young man took only one dose of the worthless Covid vaccine. 2 days later he had a cardiac arrest at home and was dead 5 days post vaccination. The Covid vaccine is very effective in bringing a swift death. It is a disgrace that the corrupt medical establishment proclaims that this vaccine is safe.

@overton_news Ordinary Americans on the jury heard evidence from both sides, including Carroll's story and supporting details. Trump had strong lawyers and defended himself fully. The verdict showed that no one, not even a powerful man is above the law

@overton_news The judge in that case was as crooked as they come. They even didn’t have circumstantial evidence that Trump sexually assaulted that woman 30+ years ago. It was a “she said” trial and a majority of the jury was coaxed into believing it by that judge. Shame on our country.

This is a pivotal moment in history that will play a decisive role in determining if America remains a country - or not.
