@_austrian it has now been a week since I filled out your form. I paid for seat selections so we could be seated with our children and this was not provided. 6 flights in total. I would like it sorting today please

What an absolute shit show. Booked a villa on @agoda but charged via @bookingcom. Money was taken, got to villa. No one to meet us. Finally get in touch with host to be told villa isn't available. No refund No where to stay, with 2 kids under 10 at 23:00

@agoda I have done that, and had no response. At the very least I would expect an apology and immediate refund. We had just returned to the island, it was late. You confirmed the booking and took payment. To not have the accommodation. There were 4 adults and 2 children. 😡😡
