We just wrapped Synthesia 3.0! Here’s what we announced: Video Agents: Video you can talk to in real-time. Add a Video Agent at any point in your video - and let them run training roleplays, do knowledge checks, interview candidates and much more. Avatars: Now they move and talk like professional speakers. Create an Avatar from a single prompt or image - with facial expressions, perfect lip sync, and natural hand & body movements. Copilot: Your very own professional video editor. Writes your script in seconds, connects to knowledge bases, and even suggests visual elements. Interactivity 2.0: Get viewers to engage and take action with interactive elements like quizzes, polls, hotspots, and forms. Courses: Design interactive learning experience that combine Avatars, Video Agents, and Interactivity - and measure performance data. I’ll be sharing more about each specific update in the coming days. More about @synthesiaIO next chapter here: synthesia.io/3

One hard part of building an AI agent is making it agentic but also controllable and reliable. Here's Alissa from our product team showing how Fin's Tasks feature solves this with a beautiful blending of two approaches: probabilistic and deterministic.

We've a new work in progress demo of something we're shipping in the next few weeks! This one is really cool because it is *on the cutting edge* of what the best LLMs can do, but is also something fundamental that customers are asking us for: better tools to learn how to control the customer experience Fin delivers. We mortal humans are still trying to learn how to use AI systems. The more we talk to them, the more weird and wonderful things we learn about how they 'think'. LLMs are a generative technology which makes them unpredictable at times. But using AI for business, we need to be able to control parts of what they do. We built Fin Guidance to do this, so you can guide Fin. But guidance is like advice, you can give good or bad advice, and so you can give good or bad guidance! And we've seen customers doing this, trying to give good guidance but learning through trial and error that it doesn't quite work as intended. So we're now building tools to help our customers write good guidance. This is cutting edge stuff, we're using @AnthropicAI's Claude 3.7 Sonnet with Extended Thinking. Let me know if you want to learn more or have any questions for me or our team :)

@jelanifuel I got tired of it making huge files just to forget what it was doing. I also suggested that prompt to the Bolt team and suggested it be added in their hidden system prompt. Hopefully that will get implemented and we'll see that issue get fixed for everyone.

🤯 Want bolt or cursor to be 10x better as your file system gets larger? Use this rule 👇: "When you create a new file, make sure to add a comment at the top of the file with the changes you made. When you update/make changes to a file, make sure to rewrite the comment at the top of the file with the changes you made. If there is no comment, then add one." Thank me later.
