@cdhughes2@currys Good luck I’m 10 calls into an issue with an order received damaged, which they eventually collected- had email confirmation back with curry’s then nothing about the replacement. Called today now escalated but they “can’t” send out replacement OR refund me until “investigated”
@currys I would really appreciate an update on a purchase made on the 30/11 to collect. No notification of it being ready or what’s happening. Called customer care twice and now been told to just pop along to the store and get an answer. Rubbish service!
@Evri_parcel_ why does your company/drivers feel the need to lie and say delivery attempted when I’m in my house and nobody has been here, even checked my ring doorbell! Next thing it will be lost and not get here. Joke!

@bt_uk But it doesn’t say that on your terms and conditions email. It says 14 days to change you mind. Can you give me an email address please as I’m sick of speaking to people
@cdhughes2 It applies to Broadband, Landline, Mobile Phones and BT TV. Whereas BT Sport, Box Office and BT TV bolt-ons are excluded because they're activated instantly.

@bt_uk shocking. You get told you have 14 days on your products to change your mind then when you try and cancel something you get told you want £380 to do so! Robin Hood springs to mind
@bt_uk Yes it’s within that time but apparently it doesn’t mean all products. What I would like is an email address because apparently Bt don’t have a complaints dept. I’ve spoken to people on that number several times and it’s got me no where

Todays result is a very somber one on 1 side of the coin we run absolute riot again against the leagues wipping boys with brad hughes opening the scoring, lewis cacchio quickly doubled the lead, lash then scored the 3rd to make us 3-0 up in 7 mins this is where the game changed,
@evridelivery so today I have 3 out of 5 parcels out for delivery with 3 different delivery drivers ffs. 1 item delivered. Still no scans on my other 2 parcels since Monday. You really are a joke of a company and no one gives a shit!!!
@evridelivery can you tell me how 5 deliveries for me all from different companies are all delayed. The message I had one two of them from Monday was we will deliver the next working day Really!!! Could you please tell me when your next working day after a Monday is?
