An organisation is a social construct where one or more humans organise to achieve their goals. Goals are achieved through a social construct named work. A worker, human or machine, exchanges it's agency and time for a reward to complete a set of predefined tasks. A task is a technical system where time, money and energy or combined to achieve a definition of done. Effective work requires agency that understands the organization's priorities, ensuring task completion maximally contributes to organizational goals. Tasks executed with suboptimal timing or sequence reduce their impact and efficiency, limiting the organization's opportunity to make optimal progress. This is the underlying logic of the operating system of human collaboration. Some refer to it as seeing the code in the Matrix. Internalize it. Use it daily. Formulate clear goals. Achieve your purpose through it. This is often referred to as the pursuit of happiness. Help others do the same. Guide them to see these patterns. Create value for yourself and others. When we understand the systems around us, we find meaning in our contributions. Which is what creates your legacy and how you will be remembered.

opencode 1.3.0 will no longer autoload the claude max plugin we did our best to convince anthropic to support developer choice but they sent lawyers it's your right to access services however you wish but it is also their right to block whoever they want we can't maintain an official plugin so it's been removed from github and marked deprecated on npm appreciate our partners at openai, github and gitlab who are going the other direction and supporting developer freedom

Yup Automation makes your current process faster. It is a bet on the present. Autonomization is different. The system learns when a process is ready to run itself and shifts human attention to where judgment still matters. Your people move up: from operating processes to making decisions, from making decisions to shaping strategy.

AI isn’t about replacing people. It’s about replacing the parts of people that can be replaced, so that we can focus all our time on doing new stuff

Open source. Gratuit. Mixture of Experts. Raisonnement + multimodal + code. Fenêtre de contexte XXL. Licence Apache 2.0 = ultra-permissive. #IA #AI #IAGen #LLMs #MBADMB #OpenSource #FrenchTech

@DyLhun @Heaney555 We're actually figuring that out with a pilot customer here in brussels, had no idea about the ccu >< guess we'll have to speed up things. What do you mean with 'stopped passing checks' sounds like there's alot to learn

@DyLhun @Heaney555 You mean that you can remote steamlink and not bother with geforce? We solve latency by getting close (20 miles / 30km) and tunneling with wireguard

@cederikdotcom @Heaney555 Just add a direct steamlink vr over geforcenow I think the number of subs you would get for vrchatters alone would be staggering, if you can get the latency right.

There's an opportunity for a nation state to become delaware. Eu-inc formation, slick implementation. My bet the estonians or the polish.
Marvin Baumann@MarvinTBaumann

My opinion on the European Commission's proposal for an "EU Inc": We are getting the icing, without the cake. We asked for structural reform, for a genuine 28th regime. Draghi asked for a 28th regime. Letta asked for a 28th regime. The Council asked for a 28th regime. We got 27 new national forms instead. Each in their local ecosystem, local courts, and only partial harmonization, with *some* genuinely appreciated goodies. But I fear these goodies won't be consequential. Because this was always about building something that is better than Delaware. If we can't manage that Europe's best and brightest will continue founding outside of Europe, will move elsewhere, take capital from elsewhere and create jobs and growth elsewhere. Europe deserves better than this. And we frankly cannot allow unambition and political complexity to hold us back from building the Europe we need. If the EU and all 27 member states cannot deliver a true EU–INC, then we might need to build a coalition of genuinely ambitious European countries that are actually serious about fixing Europe. Why should a damn EU Court - that apparently is "too hard" to implement - keep us back from reaching global competitiveness and technological sovereignity in Europe? It shouldn't. European founders, investors and everyone who cares about Europe need to step up now and lobby their national governments and MEPs for a real EU–INC. Nobody else will do it for us. Clearly. Watch Lambertus Robben of @EU_Made_Simple analyse the "EU Inc" proposal by the Commission below. This is spot on. We can do better. For Europe. 🇪🇺🫡

I just launched /office-hours skill with gstack. Working on a new idea? GStack will help you think about it the way we do at YC. (It's only a 10% strength version of what a real YC partner can do for you, but I assure you that is quite powerful as it is.)

One of the loneliest and most brutal stretches as a founder is holding unbreakable belief that you'll make it... when you have literally nothing to show for it. 2–4 years of: - Zero traction - Telling people "this is going to be big" and feeling like a fraud the second the words leave your mouth - Shrinking bank account - Friends buying houses / getting promotions while you explain to your mom why you still don't have a "real job" The imposter voice gets loudest at 3 AM: "Am I delusional?" "Can I actually pull this off?" "Am I really built for this?" Everyone around you might doubt it quietly, but the real killer is when you start doubting yourself. The truth: Yes, you can. Yes, you are that guy. But belief has to come before proof. You have to choose to back yourself hard when the scoreboard says zero, because that's exactly when most people quit. Those empty years aren't wasted. They're forging the version of you that can handle the win when it finally hits. Keep showing up. Stay obsessed. Never ever give up. The breakthrough comes after the doubt has tried to kill you a hundred times.

Today, we’re introducing Forge, a system for enterprises to build frontier-grade AI models grounded in their proprietary knowledge. 🌎 Forge bridges the gap between generic AI and enterprise-specific needs. Instead of relying on broad, public data, organizations can train models that understand their internal context embedded within systems, workflows, and policies, aligning AI with their unique operations. We have already partnered with world-leading organizations, like ASML, DSO National Laboratories Singapore, Ericsson, European Space Agency, Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) Singapore and Reply to train models on the proprietary data that powers their most complex systems and future-defining technologies.

I hate tmux It's so incredibly user unfriendly The shortcuts make no sense I wish someone would make a better tmux Even just logging into tmux attaching the screen is an illogical hell to type Again I hate tmux, it's so shit

@levelsio Is there a good way to jump between tmux sessions on Termius? I find it quite hard to manage multiple codex/claude sessions on the go
