I’m defending Freddy here. I don’t think it’s anything to do with him, but I can also see why corporations could definitely see an opportunity for PR attention to assist him on his journey. Freddy would be absolutely insane to say no to anything he’s been offered so far. He’s getting to live out his dream of touring another country to watch his team in the World Cup. This will never happen again for him, and not every foreign fan is getting the same treatment as he is. Plus he chose American Airlines over a f-ing private jet company to go to Buffalo today. It’s just a string of luck. It happens. There’s no reason why I can’t be happy for the guy just because it’s not happening to me. This is a country where you can get instant fame off of a 5 second clip saying some dumb shit and become a millionaire. At least with Freddy, it’s the same idea but for something good by making a fan’s experience memorable. It’s more refreshing to see.

@T3chFalcon Like any software you use, check the options for 'unwanted features'. Disabling this doesn't require a registry tweak, just unchecking bitmap caching in the rdp options. A quick Google would tell anyone what it means and most are already turned off by the word cache esp rdp users

Let me blow your mind real quick: When you use Remote Desktop (RDP), Windows secretly takes screenshots of what you are doing. It’s called the RDP Bitmap Cache. To make the connection faster, Windows saves small tiles (images) of the remote screen to your hard drive in a bin file. Even if the session is over and the remote server is destroyed... your laptop still holds the cache files. Forensics teams use tools like BMCViewer to stitch those tiles back together. They won't just see logs but the literal email, document, or picture you were looking at. 💀

@MarioNawfal That's a pretty desperate tactic considering the war has been won since like day 2.

🇺🇸 🇮🇷 The nuclear code panic may be exactly what Trump wants you to feel. Glenn Diesen argues it's a calculated bluff, designed to pressure Iran into concessions before a bad war gets worse. "It's just a clear madman theory of him trying to get Iran to concede, try and get Iran to think he's a madman and therefore accept an off ramp." The problem is nobody can tell where the act ends. @Glenn_Diesen
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

🇮🇷 The man who may actually decide whether Iran goes to war is not the president, not the parliament. It is IRGC chief Ahmad Vahidi, and he has decades of bombings, assassinations, and proxy networks behind him. Glenn Diesen warns the real danger is hubris on the winning side and desperation on the losing one. "Iran can go from being a punching bag for America for the next few decades to becoming a regional power with its security intact." If Vahidi overplays his hand, no deal gets done and the whole region pays the price. @Glenn_Diesen

@MarioNawfal "the war is over and this incident today is Trump trying to get Iran to accept his off-ramp so he can move on" - just like this last time (very recently) he did exactly that.

I REPEAT: THE WAR IS OVER Yes, the U.S. did just fire on and seize an Iranian oil tanker Yes, Iran threatened to retaliate and said they won't attend the peace talks And no, this does not mean the war is about to restart Neither Iran nor Trump can afford this war. They're both just seeing how far they can push the other before they both agree to deal At most we may see limited strikes this month, but even that I have my doubts I could be wrong, but I've been saying the war is close to ending since April 2, and that an off-ramp was coming when Trump posted threats to wipe out the Iranian civilization And this incident today is Trump trying to get Iran to accept his off-ramp so he can move on. I'm still optimistic

@AlexFinn Roll your own fully agentic and tailored system given the maasive constraints and risks with Openclaw and enjoy not having these convos to begin with. In a room full of capable minds, that's the real underclass here.

Here's the truth people are afraid to admit: Even if using Opus 4.7 with OpenClaw costs you $1,000 a month through the API, you still need to be paying for it When it comes to OpenClaw there's simply no second best model ChatGPT is completely useless for OpenClaw. Doesn't complete tasks, actively deletes and messes up files, has no idea how to use tools Every night before I go to bed I pray ChatGPT 5.5 matches Claude at OpenClaw usage. OpenAI has been a lot more consumer friendly when it comes to limits and oauth use But at the moment there is no dodging the truth. Claude is the only way to go for OpenClaw I look at it like this: OpenClaw with Opus 4.7 is a super intelligent employee that works 24/7 without complaint Even if I pay $1,000 a month for API usage ($12,000 a year) that's still a steal compared to hiring humans I'd be paying over $100,000 a year if I hired an actual person. And they wouldn't be working 24 hours a day and they wouldn't be immediately responding to my telegram chats and they'd file HR complaints if I talked to them the way I talked to my Claw I'm confident OpenAI is training their new models for OpenClaw usage, but in the meantime, there's simply no 2nd best. Pay for the API.
Peter Yang@petergyang

I spent an hour plus this afternoon trying to get OpenClaw to work with GPT. I asked it to do a simple task to send me a weekly stats recap email that Opus had no trouble with. Here's how the conversation went: "You completely messed up the previous template" "Sigh you made a mess. Why don’t you open the email template and I can edit manually" "no you totally screwed it up tbh. let's switch the model to sonnet" Again, big fan of OpenClaw (+ Codex) but this model simply doesn't seem to work with following through on agentic tasks (or just simple cron jobs). Maybe it's a skill issue on my part - although the AI builder groups I'm part of say similar things. Hopefully, Spud / GPT 5.5 will solve this.
