PASIG CITY WINS $1 MILLION GRANT Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto is among the 24 city mayors across 20 countries who won a $1 million grant in the Bloomberg Philanthropies 2025-2026 Mayors Challenge. Sotto, along with other mayors, recently convened in Madrid, Spain last April 2026 to discuss their plans for their respective cities. The city of Pasig won the grant for its floating park prototype and will also receive expert assistance and additional funds to hire a dedicated staff for its successful implementation.
