With @celaroapp being code‑first, DX is everything. You write blocks in code, we generate the types, streamline the CLI, and plug everything into a visual editor. Your marketing team can build campaigns while you keep a clean, reusable codebase. #buildinpublic #saas

With @celaroapp, we’re exploring a newsletter tool that blends code and marketing: you code reusable blocks, then assemble emails visually in an admin UI. If you're interested, you can sign-up for the waitlist here: celaro.co #buildinpublic #react

Took a different direction with Celaro recently. Working with newsletters kept feeling way more fiddly than it should be. Clunky editors. Formatting breaks. Hard to stay consistent.

Important update: Celaro - The Creative Project Tracker will shut down Feb 28. Please extract and save any information you want to keep. This isn't the end of Celaro. We're stepping back to gain clarity before deciding what's next. Thank you for being part of the journey.

New improvements are available for integrations: You can now specify a main repo and branch that will be used by all integrations by default. Additionally, you have the option to override this setting if needed. @celaroapp #buildinpublic #uiux

It’s easy to keep pushing all the time, but try to step back regularly and reset your mind. I do this by disconnecting from all technology and focusing on the real world. @celaroapp #buildinpublic #uiux

Another feature on the way for Celaro: The ability to transition tasks from one stage to another. E.g you can have a stage called "Design" and then transition that to "Development". @celaroapp #buildinpublic #uiux

Doing one thing well often means knowing when to stop. We wrote a short reflection on focus, feature creep, and choosing clarity over more. Full post: celaro.co/journal/doing-…

There's a moment when "helpful" turns into "heavy". More features mean more decisions. More decisions mean more friction. That's usually when focus starts to disappear.

Tools don't become complicated on purpose. They get complicated slowly. One reasonable decision at a time. #buildinpublic
