@FedEx have got to be the most rude, useless company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

@FedExHelpEU confirmation for a parcel to be delivered yday + never received it or a missed parcel note. Tracking claims ‘incorrect address’ but also says it has gone out for delivery today. Confused how this can be if address is wrong. Please can you tell me where my parcel is?
