Is nio nio nio also English or you are mixing English with French? Anyway I think we need to appreciate that #COVID19 came in emergency mode. We din't have any dedicated wards for COVID patients so improvised with available infrastructure for overwhelming numbers like for Masaka.

@DianaAtwine Madam, you are one of the very few Patriotic Civil servants that we know in Gov. Your ground work record in public is fully justified. Sideline these losers, don't even waste time with them, actually you saw nothing, plz carry on patriotically as usual.

This baby was loaded into my 1st UG made baby incubator when she was good as dead after birth; & she was saved. As of today, the same baby incubator that I made has saved over a thousand babies in Mukono Hospital; and it was commissioned by Ministry of Health Uganda

This is my 2nd Built incubator project in UG, a ten baby single unit with no assistance from concerned Government Ministries. If it was not for Ministry of Health support, i wouldn't be able to implement. The ten baby incubator is to be commissioned in Kawempe.
