I joined the Design to MVP Bootcamp with @devanddesignhq this week. Classes have been smooth, setup is done, and we’ve already deployed a full app. But I’m not here just to learn. I want to launch my own idea inside the 6-week window. For months i have spoken to some creative(photographers/videographers), their clunky WhatsApp + Google Drive workflows that waste hours, leak client trust, and kill momentum. The conversation showed me what’s possible. So starting today, I’m building a platform for photographers & videographers completely in public: A single seamless flow that replaces the messy WhatsApp + Google Drive chaos, from accepting payments, to proofing & revisions, all the way to final delivery. No more scattered chats and folders. Everything in one place, built for creatives who just want to create. I’ll share every prototype, win, setback, and lesson, all in public. - Claude Design - Stitch and all other AI Design tools will not last the trend till June. The control that Figma gives is what will keep it relevant

A couple of people asked for alternatives, I'll be sharing some now but for full transparency I still design and prototype on figma, however when I'm thinking of the end goal I like to make sure assets, interactions and overall prototyping happens as little as possible on figma. Here are some I use and some I’ve seen other designers use. Manual tools (mainly web prototyping and interactions): Framer Jitter Lottielab ProtoPie Webflow AI tools: Claude Cursor Codex Figma Make Antigravity Others worth looking at: v0 Uizard Bolt Variant UI (if you want to skip figma designs totally) Spline if you do 3D like me

Prototyping on Figma at this point is a lot of work, there are so many alternatives that give you better results, better optimization for less the work and less the time.

Woke up with a burning desire to stop UI/UX design but I won’t quit. I’ve put in so much time and effort into this. Just putting this out there because it crossed my mind. A lot to do and a lot to learn. It’s mentally and physically draining. I will win 🥇
